It takes me a bit to realize what’s missing as I lay awake listening to the noises of the night.
Many people have said 2020’s been like a dumpster fire. Well, it doesn’t look like the fire’s out quite yet.
Some days, “at least the world didn’t end today,” is the most positive thing I say about it.
We may not like it, but this is normal. Normal is a point of view, it’s habit, routine, and the expected.
